Hi Everyone!

As you all might know that Amazon India fashion week is going on and we have decided to do posts on our favorites from all the days. So here’s the day one favourites with their designer details:

Sanjay Garg

The collection celebrates the textile as both luxurious and wearable, contemporary and historically rooted. The flat cut, central Asian influences of the garment by emphasizing the straight and angled cuts used in the garment construction. I personally love this piece because this is a festive season and colour and work on this piece reminds me of the festive colours.

Rabani and Rakha

I love when designers go out of the box and do something unusal. This particular piece has fringe details and I love it. Fringe is in fashion and it is a pleasure to see a fringe detail on a saree.

Kavita Bhartia

The Kavita Bhartia brand is known for using Indian craft skills in contemporary ways to create a fun, quirky aesthetic. She is the vice chair person of Elle India & was instrumental in launching and publishing the Indian edition of the world’s largest selling fashion magazine ‘Elle’. I love this particular design because of its simplicity and quirkiness. I always love minimalistic fashion which look different.

Vaishali S

VAISHALI S is a a fashion label by Vaishali Shadangule. Her urge to explore the rich heritage of Indian Art & Craft moves her to travel and research through the mines of hand woven textiles of the country. I’m a big fan of Hand Woven garments and I totally love this piece. This is absolutely my type, minimalistic look with sofistication.

Shivan and Naresh

The bold, confident and sophisticated style of swimwear marries the bold look of Kohler through an exciting interpretation of Kohler’s Couture Collection & its sharp contours to explore a silhouette direction which is dynamic & fluid. The inspiration stems from the shape to even the flow of the water to create magical cuts and drapes. I personally love these two pieces from the collection which I would  love to have in my own wardrobe.

Thank you so much for reading. Stay tuned for more updates.
