We all agree that this is the world where we are more digitally active and interactive than the face to face. We love updating our social handles and talk to people via chat or video. We love to sit in our comfort and shop online. So, if we love everything digital then why not we have our own fashion school online? It’s a brilliant idea, Is not it? Well, but I’m not the one who came up with this awesome idea first, its Fame who is India’s leading digital network came up with this first and launched ‘Lakmé School of Style’ in YouTube which is a fashion-beauty video magazine: The channel will be hosted across the #fame network which is available on all leading digital and social platforms. Fame is not just a business and a brand, it is a movement. Video is the new text and talent is the most powerful currency in this digital age and Fame belives that everyone can liv their #fame. Check out their website:http://www.livfame.com/ and the YouTude Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/fameschoolofstyle. Oh, I’m in love with it already #LakmeSchoolOfStyle.
As you guys already know that Lakme is already known for its best of a class beauty products and host India’s biggest fashion week. So, when I heard about this online school of style my hopes with this gone up and I can see they have actually done a great work creating so much information together. Lakmé School of Style is a first of its kind show that will not only bring the newest trends and happenings of the fashion world, but in the process will also create new age fashionistas and idols. A fashion brigade led by Editor-in-Chief, Karan Johar himself will bring the fashion news, views and events from all over the world to the internet screen. I was also happy to see some of my fellow bloggers to be a part of this team.
After going through all their videos, I would like to share two of my favorite videos with all of you today done by Sahibba K Anand who is a beauty and makeup blogger. The first one is ‘DIY Hairdos For Short Hair’. We all know that this summer shorter hairs are in trend and I chopped off my hairs recently too. So, it is lovely to see how Sahibba styled her hairs in three different and simple ways which we all can follow.
The next video is again done by Sahibba where she is showing how you can do the contouring & Highlighting to your makeup by doing it in simple ways. I always love doing makeup and contouring & highlighting is I think a very important step for enhancing any look. She showed the technique of doing this and created the steps simple for everyone and I think we all should know.
Do not forget to watch all the videos from the Lakmé School of Style, where they will come up with more fun videos in future. Thank you so much for reading!
