We were invited to the grand launch of South of Gurgaon where they spoke about this mega project. We also got to meet with the entire board of CREDAI and its associated partners. We had a great Q&A session regarding the stage of development of this mega project to the completion of this entire luxury affordable dream. I have done a blog on the same topic (here) before and the reason for doing it again is bigger.
South of Gurgaon an initiative taken up by CREDAI (National capital region) to provide luxury housing in Gurgaon’s southern location. To base this plan and differentiate it from other promising builders is a prominent name – Cushman & Wakefield. Yes, it is true that Cushman & Wakefield in its latest report confirms a promised growth in Sohna, South of Gurgaon. With timely completion we can anticipate urbanisation in 5 to 7 years thus making it a potential future satellite city to NCR.
We can see moderate development happening as of now @SouthofGurgaon and to all those who fear about completion of the projects,I tell them to fear not because the Government is now keeping a close eye on all the builders, and will make sure that this development takes place in a timely manner and is up to the promised luxury standards.
Who doesn’t want a luxury lifestyle @affordable price? I’m talking smooth connectivity to regional cities, A-class health and education facilities and I’m talking about the names like Max, Fortis etc.& Amity University, G.D. Goenka etc. CREDAI provides affordable residential housing in luscious green environment with the range of INR 61-89 lakh for 3BHK and INR 37-58 lakh for 2BHK, most of which is currently under various stages of construction.
Changing a lifestyle towards better and healthier future is what everyone’s heart desires, and finding a wonderland in chaotic cities is something we all need a at this time. To all those who dream of owning a luxury apartment or a bungalow like me, look no further, you’ve got South of Gurgaon. Don’t just take my word on it, go take a look at the development with your own eyes and share it with me in the comments section as I would love to know too. Till then, dream on, thanks for reading and this is RUDA signing off.
